In The Netherlands we operate from two offices in the Netherlands: in Hoorn looking after the Oil & Gas activities and in Capelle aan den IJssel dedicated to our Marine (shipping) business. Due to a change in our team, we are looking for an Operations Manager Offshore located in Hoorn.
In a high potential market, Sodexo provides different levels of service to the Offshore companies willing to improve their quality of life on-board.
As an Operation Manager Offshore you will be responsible for supporting the development of this offer and operating the Quality of Life solutions. You will also be in charge of the mobilizations and retention management.
You will report to the Operations Director for Offshore Services and your main responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and develop the unit management team to maximize resources and opportunities to the benefit of Company and client.
- Maintain and build positive client relationships both on -and offshore.
- Visitations to the work sites.
- Prepare and control budgets to ensure that commercial/financial performance is maximized and targets delivered.
- Keeping good connections with the field and frequently visits the work sites/vessels.
- Having a hands-on mentality and being able to switch from an operational to a strategic level.
- Act as a leader in HSE and ensure that all units comply with the HSE Plan and that Company standards are implemented and adhered to.
- Drive the Clients for life Sodexo program in particular building relations and have plans in place for business retention.
- Undertake (ad-hoc) project work and manage deadlines and expectations
- Demonstrate the Sodexo values and behaviors standards and act as a role model for all internal and external customers.
